Baheya hospital is one of the biggest entities in Egypt supporting breast cancer patients. Their support exceeds the treatment plan & journey to reach the psychological support & rehabilitation of these patients and teaching them to integrate with the community once again & generate a sustainable income.

Al Moktabar has had an ongoing collaboration with Baheya to support the Breast cancer warriors at seeking healthcare at their premises from all over Egypt.

The collaboration was initiated through sponsoring 200 chemotherapy sessions in collaboration with Baheya hospital to contribute to the cure journey of breast cancer patients.

To extend the collaboration Al Mokhtabar sponsored the complete cure journey of 50 Breast cancer warriors. Also, Al Mokhtabar volunteers organized a visit to support and encourage the Baheya warriors in the International Breast Cancer Awareness Month & conducted an awareness session on healthy and suitable diet for them. Moreover, The Baheya warriors carried out an exhibition at IDH head quarter promoting their hand made product and conducted on the same day an awareness session on early detection & self-examination for breast cancer to raise the employees awareness.

In Celebration of the international women month, Moamena Kamel Foundation sponsored a psychological support session for 30 Breast Cancer Baheya warriors to motivate & raise their spirit as mental health is an essential part of the warriors’ cure journey.
